As its name suggests, Branca has been inspired by the organic branching forms that result from wood growth. The 2010 collection is a result of a close collaboration between designers Industrial Facility and the woodworking expertise of the Mattiazzi factory.

Branca's smooth rounded form belies the complexity of its production which relies on a combination of robot-controlled eight-axis milling machines and traditional hand-shaping and finishing. 

Dining table part of the Branca range from Mattiazzi. Constructed using 8-axis CNC machinery, hand-finished and assembled without metal fixings.
